
Dr. Sean Mahoney D.C

Dr. Sean P. Mahoney graduated with honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1986. Prior to receiving his Doctorate in Chiropractic, he graduated from the State University of New York at Cortland and the Université de Neuchatel in Switzerland.
Dr. Mahoney has been in practice for over 36 years and is committed to helping chronic and severe pain sufferers get relief from: cervical and lumbar disc herniations, back and neck pain, sciatica, whiplash injuries and spine and joint arthritis.
In addition to helping pain sufferers get fast relief, Dr. Mahoney is passionate about helping his patients attain optimal health and wellness through regular chiropractic adjustments and teaching them the most effective diet, nutrition and exercise strategies.
Dr. Mahoney holds "Advanced Proficiency" standings with the Activator Methods Technique. In addition, he uses manual spinal adjustments and linear flexion-distraction treatment. Dr Mahoney has advanced training in extremity adjusting and rehabilitation.
He is the author of several books; "Bulletproof Your Over 40 Spine", "Bulletproof: An Expert's Guide To Core Strength; Concrete Strategies To Build A Strong, Flexible & Pain-Free Core/Volume 1."

Dr. Mahoney is the director of Mahoney Chiropractic Group. With practices located in the Burlington, VT area (exit 16, I-89 Colchester), in Waitsfield.
He lives in Hinesburg, VT with his wife, Cindy, and is the proud father of three grown daughters. He is a 12th generation Vermonter.

Dr. Nicole Bonneau Lee D.C
Chiropractor
Dr. Nicole Bonneau Lee was born just outside of Boston but was raised in Vermont. She went to CVU high school where she was Captain of the Varsity Ice Hockey Team. She then attended Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT where she studied European History, Earth and Environmental Science, and Pre-medicine while still playing ice hockey.
Directly after graduating from Wesleyan, Dr. Bonneau Lee was accepted into the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus. Before graduation in 2016 she co-founded the Activator Club as she holds "Advanced Proficiency" rating with the Activator Method Technique. Dr. Nicole also holds the Certificate of Chiropractic Pediatrics, specializing in treating newborns through high schoolers.
Dr. Nicole has been with Mahoney Chiropractic for six years and she loves helping people with back and neck pain, disc problems, radiating pain, GI issues, whiplash injuries, headaches, and athletic related issues. She primarily works in our Colchester office. Dr. Nicole lives in Fairfax, VT with her husband and dogs, Milo and Rory. She loves to hike, garden, and is an extensive reader.

Dr. Cody Brown D.C
Chiropractor
Due to his background studying exercise physiology at Michigan State University, Dr. Cody Brown is fueled by a passion for health and human performance. He earned his doctorate degree in chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. While there, he took courses on low-force instrument techniques, extremity adjusting, physical therapy, pediatric diagnosis, and the powerful Cox Flexion/distraction Technique. He is proud of his varied skill set that allows him to tailor treatment to each patient based on his or her specific needs.
Here in Vermont, Dr. Cody and his wife, Natalie have all they need to be happy: four seasons in which to enjoy their outdoor pursuits, mountains to explore, and a close-knit community. They are very grateful for the opportunity to serve the people of greater Burlington and the Mad River Valley with Dr. Sean and Dr. Nicole.

Dr. Kenzie Mahoney D.C
Chiropractor
Dr. Kenzie Mahoney graduated with high honors from Life University in Marietta, Georgia in 2022. Before earning her Doctorate in Chiropractic, she attended the University of Vermont where she studied pre-chiropractic/pre-med and Spanish earning a BA degree. While her love of travel and Spanish led her to move abroad to southern Mexico for two years after her undergraduate studies, Dr. Kenzie, a 13th generation Vermonter, is excited to be back in the Green Mountain State and to join Mahoney Family Chiropractic.
She is passionate about helping her patients move better, think clearer and feel freer in their bodies through regular chiropractic care. She loves helping patients of every age get back to living the quality-filled life they deserve.
When she’s not helping patients reach their goals she loves to exercise, travel, practice yoga, and spend time outside in nature with her dog, Chela.

Colleen
Senior Practice Coordinator
Colleen has been part of the MCG team since 2015. She graduated from Johnson State College with a bachelors in Studio Arts. Colleen is a passionate skier and was a ski instructor for ten years prior to starting her family.
She lives in Williston, Vermont with her son, husband, dog, house rabbit and her flock of backyard chickens.

Michelle
Practice Coordinator
Michelle moved to Burlington from Lebanon, New Hampshire in 2019 before joining MCG. She was a middle school teacher for twenty years in the Upper Valley. Michelle grew up in Connecticut and went to Keene State College for degrees in Education and Theater/Dance.
In addition to teaching, she was actively involved in community theater and taught dance before she moved north. She is currently dancing and teaching with Dsantos VT in Burlington.
